It starts with a behavioral evaluation
Every dog who boards with us has a behavioral evaluation first, either by training with us or with a scheduled evaluation. We do this to make sure we are a good fit for your dog.
A day in boarding
Boarding dogs spend the day in group play. They also have an outdoor potty yard, which is partly covered for bad weather.
The suites
At night, each dog has a 4×6 suite with a Kuranda bed. Smaller dogs get extra bedding on their cot.
Add-ons
If you’d like your dog to have some one-on-one time, you can add “Mailman,” where we walk down our long, scenic drive to the mailbox. With “Principal for the Day,” your dog spends the day doing everything our staff does, including group play and some adventures around the facility. “Assistant Principal for a Half Day” is the same idea for half the time.
We also offer seasonal treats like holiday meals, “pup-corn” time, Barkuterie Boards, and a Kong stuffed with frozen peanut butter.
Peace of Mind Membership
If you travel often for work or sports, or you need to board your dog often for any other reason, the Peace of Mind Membership guarantees your dog a place whenever you need to board. You won’t be turned away because we’re full.
The membership lasts one year from the purchase date and covers one dog. It doesn’t cover the cost of boarding, it can’t be moved to another dog, and it’s non-refundable. It’s open to current clients whose dog has been evaluated and cleared to board, and there are a limited number of memberships.
It isn’t required, but we ask for at least one week’s notice when you book during peak times.
Vaccinations
Please provide proof of rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and a negative fecal test from within the last 12 months. Titer tests are also accepted.
